Summary Report
Gemini Notebook's mobile app now records up to an hour of live audio as a notebook source.
- 01. Up to one hour of recording, in the background or locked
- 02. Saved as a transcript source; rolling out on Android and iOS
Google's NotebookLM, now called Gemini Notebook, can record up to an hour of live audio in the mobile app: lectures, meetings or your own thinking out loud, saved as a source you can summarise, quiz yourself on or turn into an audio overview. It records in the background and with the phone locked, and keeps the transcript rather than the audio. Rolling out on Android and iOS.
