Atmanity's Atmee v2 creates real-time video call avatars from one image and a few seconds of audio.

  • 01. Live avatars from one image and seconds of audio, with gestures and expressions
  • 02. Invite-only; speed and cost claims are Atmanity's own
Chen-Ping Yu, who sold his AR startup Phiar to Google, has launched Atmee v2 at his new company, Atmanity. It's a real-time avatar model for live video agents: from one image and a few seconds of audio it creates a character that can hold a video call, with expressions, gestures and interaction with its surroundings. Atmanity claims it's up to 50x faster and 10 to 100x cheaper than video models like Seedance, by its own comparison. It's invite-only, with no published pricing.
